Happy New Year! Time for a fresh start.
Sabrina Bell is starting over. The upscale department story chair where she worked as a fashion buyer went bankrupt. After a long search, she found a position as a management trainee in an outdoor outfitters, but in order to get the new job, she might have implied that she was an experienced camper. She’s not. Unfortunately, in her first outdoor activity with the new company, she creates a few hiccups. Well, explosions, actually.
And that’s what leads her to propose a barter arrangement to survival instructor Leith Jordan. She needs to learn to be “outdoorsy,” and fast. Annoyingly arrogant though Leith might be, he’s her best chance to keep her job. She just hopes it’s worth it.
AN ALASKAN PROPOSAL is the fourth story in the Northern Lights series. It’s a classic “fish out of water” romance, set in Alaska. There are dogs, and outdoor scenes, and Leith’s niece Emma, who is a bundle of energy. I think you’ll like it. Thanks to all the bloggers and reviewers on this tour.
