Welcome to the tour for Second Chance Cowboy! I am looking forward to celebrating this new book with you.
Second Chance Cowboy is for all the animal lovers out there. Wes Marlow and Emily Fielding are both veterinarians, trying to find a way forward after Wes broke Emily’s heart years ago. Wes had a good reason for leaving Emily’s hometown of Shelter Creek, but we all know that even if we understand someone’s reasons, forgiveness can still be hard.
Poor Emily! As she learns more about Wes and his life in the years between them, she not only forgives him but starts to admire him! Is she really going to let her feelings grow and risk getting hurt a second time?
I loved writing Second Chance Cowboy. Quirky characters, both human and animal, had me smiling as I wrote. The citizens of Shelter Creek once again rally around their neighbors, even some of the most ornery and difficult folks you can imagine! And the work of the Shelter Creek Wildlife Center continues, this time with a very distinguished guest.
